Ive rarely if ever have seen a vintage Tannoy in this amazing condition. I can send any additional highly detailed photos per your request. I have many more. As you can see this driver is MINT MINT MINT!!!! The seal has never been broken on the black cloth sock that protects the cone. At this time we are not inclined to remove the sock as I feel this may diminish this perfect unit's collectable value to a small degree. Please reference the photos as they show the back of the cone from multiple angles. I have more pictures with even more of the same available upon request. Please note that this unit's serial # is 015261. This driver will be meticulously packed by me. It will be screwed face down to 3/4" thick plywood and amply wrapped with bubble pack. I will allow for a generous carton with hardboard reinforcemnt that will prevent any possible damage from occurring. Please note: This massive driver is extremely heavy so consider that with regard to shipping. We will not compromise in the size of this package. An item of this rarity and value deserves no less.Shipping taxes will be my problem . As far as the shipping, this unit will be packed well as I described and it will most likely be more costly than the calculator is suggesting. I highly recc insurance, and the best means of getting this speaker to you safely whether it be UPS, or FedEx or another shipper you might be comfortable with.
