How to fix flickering screen of Microsoft windows

I find flickering screen when I logging into windows. In this issue the windows background becomes black, then I do refresh it then screen became normal but after few mints screen turns into black again. I just down some step for fixing this issue.
1. Go to Task Manager
2. In this window, I go to “More Details” which is on lift side in the bottom.
3. In Task Manager, chose file then Run new task.
4. Into “Create new task”, type “cmd” and I had checked the box for “create this task with administrative privileges”. Then click “Ok”
5. A new title of windows “Administrator c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe” open. Type in the “cmd.exe” window, the following line then presses enter.
“for /r "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Microsoft Office\root" %i in (GROOVEEX.*) do ren "%i" *.bad”
if the flashing is becoming difficult then I started windows in safe mode. This issue should fix after doing these steps but this issue is not fixed then I contact Microsoft customer service number for fixing this issue, they helped me to fix this issue.
