I am currently trying to get someone to take over my lease at College Grove Apartments!
 
It will be an 7 month lease, electric and water are included in the monthly rent. Your first month of rent will be paid as well as your $200 lease assumption fee. A cosigner or a security deposit of $1,017 will be necessary. I will need TWO WEEKS NOTICE before you move in. You will have your own fully furnished room, and a bathroom with a double vanity to share with one other person. You will also have a fully furnished kitchen and common area. This apartment will be empty soon, so it is perfect for a group of friends looking to move in together! The apartment has 4 rooms, which will all be empty! It really is a prime apartment complex! Located just down the road from Middle Tennessee State University!
