Ridgid 535 Pipe Threading Machine. The Ridgid model 535 is by far one of the most popular and reliable pipe threading machines Ridgid ever made. This machine includes a built-in automatic oiler, 1.75 gallon oil reservoir, chip tray, and a large machine top cover for keeping tools and pipe fittings handy. Also included is a front speed chuck with rocker-action jaws. The rocker-action jaws inserts are replaceable, if ever needed. The front speed chuck centers and grips the work piece instantly. There is also a rear centering chuck that turns with the front speed chuck.

This machine also has a Ridgid high clearance carriage assembly. The carriage assembly includes a sharp reamer with no dings or chips anywhere on the reamer cone. The pipe cutter looks almost new and will cut pipe up to 2". The pipe cutter's cutting wheel does not have any chips, breaks, or dings. This pipe cutter also turns very smooth. Absolutely no binding, slop, or play when opening or closing. There is a handle on the front of the machine to move the carriage forward to start the thread and back after the thread is completed. Also included is a handy carriage-mounted pipe gauge.

Ridgid 2 1/2" to 4" 4PJ Jam Proof Geared Die Head. This die head shows very few signs of prior use. Everything moves and turns smoothly and tightly. You will not find any slop or play anywhere on this bad boy! This die head has been kept dry, well oiled, and clean. There is no rust anywhere on this die head. See photos 1, 17, 18, and 19. This die head comes with a Ridgid 840 6' telescoping drive shaft to connect the die head to the pipe threading machine. See photos 1 and 17. This die head also comes with 4 complete sets of Ridgid pipe threading dies. The pipe threading die sizes are 2 1/2", 3", 3 1/2", and 4" NPT. The pipe threading dies are in excellent condition and look almost new. No chips, dings, or rust in any of the 4PJ pipe threading dies. A Ridgid ratchet is also included for the 4PJ die head . This ratchet comes in handy if you ever need to thread pipe in an area you cannot reach with your machine or if you are in an area without electrical power.
