MOTIVATE – How do we motivate people?

We do not motivate people.

We recruit motivated people!

In our early years we tried to motivate everybody.

Yes You Can! Let’s Do It Together! It wore us out.

We found out, there are some people we cannot motivate.

There are some people nobody can motivate.

So what do we do now?

We do not try to recruit lazy people and motivate them.

We recruit motivated people.

They motivate themselves.

Many of our problems go away if we know what we are looking for on the front-end.

Wanted Motivated People!

Oh, much better than discovering what you do not have on the back-end.

Motivation?

Only bring people on your team who already have it.

Then, with great vision motivation increases and great results!
