Proper data management and data analysis are crucial to the success of any business.  As a President's Assistant early in my career, I was able to change the company’s entire employee paper filing system into an electronic database.  Originally in order to properly evaluate all 60+ of his warehouse employees, he had to shuffle through multiple papers and notes in a file and then make his assessment.  Doing this for each individual employee took forever.  Clearly there had to be a more efficient way to handle this data.  So, I created a database that incorporated all the important variables used to assess each employee.  These variables were calculated over time and at the end of the quarter a simple assessment report was printed.  This not only streamlined a tedious process, but it also freed up more time for pertinent tasks and projects to be done.  I cannot emphasize enough how important proper data management is for the success of a small business.
 
A Little about me:
I am an independent Project Manager/Business Consultant.  I have 7+ years of experience in the field of business with a specialty in Global business. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in International business and a Global MBA as well.
