General Description (major areas of responsibility of this position):

A person in this position is responsible to assist the manager in production processes of the branch, report building, ensuring the adherence to policies of all branch employees, maintains stock records, and etc. Familiar with and able to perform all job duties. The person in this position will be responsible to help with administrative task and must have basic computer knowledge. Excellence is demonstrated consistently and process improvements are contributed.

Job Responsibilities:

Branch Lead

· Key to this job is to assist the branch manager in all aspects as well as deliver a high-quality customer experience while increasing the profitable sales of Company products and services. Creates and maintains promoters (raving fans) of clients

· Takes care of all necessary administrative work to ensure safety of all branch personnel

· Coordinates labor to ensure branch is orderly, safe, and clean. Trains personnel on job processes, techniques, and procedures

· Deliver product and pick up used batteries. Plans efficient routes, ensures proper/accurate, staged, and safe stocking of vehicle. Assists in loading and unloading process.

· Knowledgeable in all products carried. Performs inventory cycle counts and complete counts

· Maintains accurate documentation of all customer transactions. Compiles accurate reports.

· Coordinates regularly with supervisor to achieve targeted sales objectives. Provides regular reports

Daytime Hours - Monday through Friday - Occasional Weekends if needed
