Hello there! ive been doing yoga for 20 years now since i was a child. i teach yin,hatha, and restorative yoga. I specialize in pain management and help with flexibility. There is a two class min a week. 30 mins $60 and 60 mins $90. i will be helping and working with you one on one to help with your yoga needs. The clients either come to my home or i come to theirs.
